Founder & CEO
Mr. Zahangir Alam, a person with 34 years of experience in Hospitality Industry; started his career from NHTTI as a Senior trainer.
Later on, he migrated to USA and served Burger King as a Branch Manager meanwhile he was also completing his Diploma from Serve Safe regarding food safety.
After ending his expatriate life, he has worked with renowned Hotels and Industries of Bangladesh.
The CEO who is Certified Assessor and Trainer of PCA is now serving Bangladesh Technical Education Board & National Curriculum Textbook Board as their Curriculum Developer and CBLM writer.
Head of Finance & Accounts
Mohammad Abdul Hafiz; is a person with significant experience running three renowned Cooking Academies in Bangladesh.
After completing BBS & MBS, he joined in account department for Toshiba & TVS Auto Bangladesh. Later on, with enormous talent, passion, hard-working attitude and skill in his sector, he never looked back.
He has worked for Dhaka Ahsania Mission, later on he joined ACE Hospitality Management Institute, AKS Pharmacy, AKS Global Trading (Sister Concerns of AKS Holdings Ltd.).
After that, he Build ICI – International Culinary Institute from the scratch, established two branches, and worked there for four years with dignity.
Now he is the Co-Founder of the PCA – Professional Cooking Academy and helping the people of Bangladesh to get a better career and future.
Head of Marketing
Imtiaz Ahmed Khan, The Head of Marketing of PCA – Professional Cooking Academy.
After completing his Honors and Masters’s Degrees, he has done CPA Marketing Online for several years. Then he joined the Marketing team at ACE Hospitality Management Institute and worked there for one year; during this tenure, he established the Brand of Cooking training in Bangladesh.
Later on, he joined ICI – International Culinary Institute and made their brand recognized all over the Country.
And now, The Co-Founder of PCA, serving the nation for a brighter future.
