["1 kg chicken","500g basmati rice","3 onions, thinly sliced","2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste","1 cup yogurt","Biryani masala","Saffron soaked in milk","Mint leaves","Coriander leaves","Ghee","Whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)","Salt to taste"]
Instructions
["Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 2 hours","Fry onions until golden brown, set aside","Cook rice with whole spices until 70% done","Layer rice and chicken in a heavy pot","Sprinkle fried onions, mint, coriander","Drizzle saffron milk and ghee","Seal the pot and cook on low heat for 30 minutes","Rest for 10 minutes before serving","Serve with raita and salad"]
