Each class consists of one hour of theory and three hours of practical training. During practical classes, students learn approximately four food items under the direct supervision of professional instructors. Students also participate in food tasting and evaluation after the class to understand flavour, texture, presentation and overall product quality. A dedicated student practice session is arranged after every three practical classes. These practice sessions allow students to repeat the techniques they have learned, improve their confidence and develop greater control in the kitchen. Food Tasting and Evaluation After practical classes, students taste and evaluate the prepared food. This helps them understand the correct flavour, texture, aroma, cooking standard and presentation of each item.
